RETURNS POLICY
At Bordé Golf, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns in accordance with the following policy:
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be unused, unworn and in perfect condition.
All original tags and labels must be attached.
We are unable to accept returns for items that show signs of wear, alteration, washing or damage.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
Please note that original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Contact our customer care team at contact@bordegolf.co.uk to request a return authorisation. Please state your order number and the items you would like to return.
- Once the return has been accepted, carefully package the item to ensure it is returned in its original condition. Please include a copy of the order confirmation in the package. If unable to print, please include the order number on another document.
- We will send you a return shipping label. Please note, the shipping cost of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund total. This includes handling fees.
- Once we have received the return and completed our quality inspection, we will issue a refund within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
